Firstly a big thank-you to all our supporters who have downloaded the app and to those who have paid their membership online. Introducing anything new can take time and a bit of extra work but worthwhile for everyone (I hope). The feedback has been really positive. Why pay membership online?

It is done at your convenience, can be done via a computer or mobile device in a matter of minutes. You do not have to make yourself available for a club registration morning.

You will know the correct details are recorded and you will get a receipt of your membership for your own records.

It is GDPR compliant so no need for any paperwork to be completed or stored.

It is much easier for the volunteers of the club who do not need to manually upload information and for coaches to know who is registered for their age group.

Your Club is absolutely reliant on all members paying their subscriptions.

Almost all of the amount raised through membership fees is used to pay affiliation and registration fees and the cost of the GAA insurance/players benefit scheme. Our teams simply couldn’t take part in competitions if subscriptions were not paid.

Players cannot be registered or insured for the year until payment has been made.

Being involved in the GAA gives a sense of fulfilment which is unrivalled. It brings membership of the biggest club in Ireland, puts one right at the heart of Irish culture and provides a pastime for every member of the family. Club membership is open to Adult Players, Adult Non-Players, Juvenile Players and Families. New Members are always welcome. By becoming a member, you accept the club’s CODE OF BEHAVIOUR and agree to abide by the rules of Cumann Lúthchleas Gael. New members must be ratified by executive committee which is done at a monthly club meeting.
