The Ireland Lights Up and Every Step Counts challenge is back for 2024, with a chance for GAA clubs to win €30,000 in funding. All clubs who achieve the 4,000km target will be entered into a draw. There are three prizes of €2,500 to give away per province. We're asking club members to sign up to challenge on the Irish Life My Life app and track your steps for the next five weeks.

*How to Register (over 18s only)*

• Step 1: Download the ‘My Life’ app

• Step 2: Once you register, go to Social > Challenges > swipe to find Ulster GAA > then select Killinkere

• Step 3: (Optional) Link your wearable tracker to the ‘My Life App’. Fitness wearables are not necessary, having your iOS/Android device in your pocket will record your steps via the Health App.

The Killinkere running/walking club meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30pm, providing a safe and fun environment for everyone to meet and get some exercise. It's €2 per person/€5 per family and provides the perfect opportunity to get those steps in!
